The Goodsyard is a residential led mixed use redevelopment, at the heart of the historic Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham.
A set of low rise blocks centre around a new public square, creating a new destination with a new set of bold independently minded retail, wellness and dining offers. Rawls worked closely with the local team to bring this new place to life – both creating ready to trade spaces for imaginative independents, and supporting them through their journey to open their best offer.
A true neighbourhood focussed regeneration project, we're helping to build a new community in the heart of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter.
